Kurt Spencer, a 45-year-old mason of Bartica, Region Seven was charged on Tuesday and placed on $150,000 bail for allegedly allowing a 12-year-old child to watch a sexual act.
Spencer is accused of committing the alleged act on February 24, 2023.
He appeared at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Crystal Lamber to answer the charge.
He pleaded not guilty when the charge was read to him. The matter was adjourned until November 15, 2023, for filing of statements.
