Guyana Harpy Eagles all-rounder Romario Shepherd will leave CG United Super50 Cup due to a family emergency, the Guyana Cricket Board announced on Monday night.

Shepherd is being replaced by all-rounder Richie Looknauth, who gains his maiden senior national call-up.

Off-spinner all-rounder Looknauth scored an unbeaten half-century for Demerara in the final of the Senior Inter-county 50-over competition against Berbice at the GCC ground, Bourda.

The Inter-county was used to select the Guyana Harpy Eagles squad for the Super50, which is being in Trinidad.

Guyana Harpy Eagles will be in action on Wednesday against West Indies Academy from 09:00h.
