West Indies Academy thrashed Guyana Harpy Eagles by 92 runs in the CG United Super50 Cup on Wednesday in Trinidad.
Set a target of 264, Harpy Eagles were dismissed for 171 in 35.1 overs with Ackeem Auguste taking 4-47 and Nyeem Young 3-18.
Kevin Sinclair topscored for Harpy Eagles with 46, Veerasammy Permaul made 32 and Kevlon Anderson 27.
The Harpy Eagles batting was yet again an issue, with Chandrapaul Hemraj (16), Shimron Hetmyer (5), Tevin Imlach (17), Kemol Savory (5), Sherfane Rutherford (2) and Quentin Sampson (0) all falling cheaply.
Earlier, Matthew Forde made 52, Teddy Bishop 48 and Nyeem Young 42 in West Indies Academy’s 263 all out.
Kevin Sinclair, Gudakesh Motie, Veerasammy Permaul and Shamar Joseph took two wickets each for Harpy Eagles.
