Student/footballers of the West Ruimveldt Secondary School have garnered the support of P&P Insurance Brokers ahead of their participation in the upcoming Milo Secondary Schools Football tournament.
The tournament, coordinated by the Petra Organisation, will begin soon with 24 schools vying for top honours.
At a simple ceremony, Chief Executive Officer of P&P Insurance Brokers Bish Panday made the donation to the coach of the football team and a teacher at the West Ruimveldt Secondary School, Leon Bishop.
Also present were captain of the team Jamal Fraser and player Timothy Goppy.
Director of P&P Insurance Brokers Vikash Panday, who also attended the ceremony, noted that P&P was happy to continue its relationship with the school and wished the team every success.
Coach Bishop and the players thanked the Pandays for their support and pledged to excel in the tournament.
