What TASKS this man carrying out in the vicinity of a BOB CAT LOADER ?
Areas around such heavy machinery in operation are supposed to be FREE from others working nearby.
Could it be carelessness by the BOB CAT OPERATOR ?
TOO MANY KILLED BY HEAVY MACHINERY- LACK OF TRAINING OF BOTH OPERATOR AND OTHER PERSONNEL.
