Rain in St. Kitts on Thursday prevented any play between Guyana Harpy Eagles and Trinidad and Tobago Red Force on day two of their first round match in the West Indies Four-Day Championship.
The players were kept indoors all day at the Conaree Sports Club due to persistent rainfall, with the umpires calling play off at around midday.
Red Force would have been eager to build on their overnight 215-4, while the defending champions Harpy Eagles were hoping to wrap up the innings.
Jason Mohammed has led the charge for Red Force thus far, getting to his 12th First-Class ton just before the close on the opening day, while Tion Webster made 50.
Ronsford Beaton and Veerasammy Permaul have had an equal share of the four wickets.
The other game in St. Kitts, between the Leeward Islands Hurricanes and the West Indies Academy, was also washed out on day two with the academy side 60-2, responding to 137.
