Yellow Steel Inc. is the latest corporate entity to pledge support towards the tenth Milo Under-18 Schools Football tournament set to kick off on February 18.
According to tournament coordinators, Petra Organisation, the distributors of heavy-duty equipment recently offered support to an undisclosed value.
General Manager Uwe Van Dijk expressed his willingness to support the programme this year, judging from the success of the 2023 edition.
Secretary of the Petra Organisation Jacklyn Boodie thanked Van Dijk for his continued confidence in their team and the support for the programme.

The remaining 13 spots will be decided via an elimination method.
This year’s tournament winners will get $300,000, while the runners-up will pocket $150,000, and third place will settle for $75,000.
Individually, there will be accolades for the Most Valuable Player (MVP), highest goal scorer, and best goalkeeper.
The Under-18 tournament will continue with its round-robin knock-out format, and matches will be played at the Ministry of Education ground and National Insurance Scheme ground on Carifesta Avenue.
