This is a sad state of affair for both the victim and the alleged accused in this beautiful country! These incidents can encourage one to speculate and accuse the parents, society and even others in society who are inclined nurture these behaviours to generate fear into people and ultimately cast blame on the Government of the day.
In the light of the above considerations there are no excuses for such behaviours and as such these lads must experience the full consequence of the law !
