Contracts signed to fix key roads in Byderabo

Contracts to fix the two main roads leading to the communities of Byderabo, Dagg Point and Agatash in Region Seven have been signed. This development will bring a safer and a more comfortable experience for daily commuters.

For years, the residents of Byderabo and other commuters have had to deal with the burden of traversing what is known as the the front and back roads in Byderabo – roads that are in a state of disrepair, with huge potholes.

The contract for the Byderabo front road was granted to Day Clean Shop Supply & Services to the tune of $10,783,800. The Back road contract was granted to Builders First Choice Construction Company Inc for the sum of $10,593,825.

The Prime Minister’s representative in Region Seven, Mr Ewrin Warde, is positive that all contracts will be completed in a timely manner.
