C-section is supposed to be the last resort if normal delivery not possible, and safer.
How is that this resulted in SEVERE BLEEDING ? Caused by Dengue ?
Or surgical mistake not ” tying up loose ends ? ”
And, I don’t think the “modern hospitals” being built and coming online by year’s end, will
    help save lives of patients.
It is the “care, dedication” of health personnel that will save lives, not the modern equipment.
