ENet, Guyana’s leading telecommunications provider, is proudly featured among the local companies showcasing their businesses at the inaugural Diaspora Job Fair in New York. This event, held at the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott, reflects President Dr. Irfaan Ali’s commitment to harnessing the skills and expertise of Guyana’s diaspora community.

Speaking at the event, ENet’s Chief Commercial Officer, Abu Zaman, spoke about the company’s rapid expansion. “Having started mobile network services in Guyana just over a year ago, ENet is swiftly growing,” Zaman noted.

“While we are aware of the large Guyanese diaspora here, we are open to anyone with the right skills. ENet is seen as a fresh player in the market, driving innovation, lowering prices, and offering more value. Our goal is to gauge the market and find talented individuals who can contribute to our ongoing success,” Zaman added.

The inaugural job fair has attracted significant interest from various companies and serves as a crucial platform for connecting returning Guyanese professionals with potential employers. This initiative highlights the importance of bridging the gap between talented individuals and career opportunities across different industries.
