Guyanese squash legend Nicolette Fernandes has added another title to her impressive resume, winning the women’s 40+ category at the World Squash Federation Masters tournament in the Netherlands.
Fernandes, who previously won the women’s 35+ title in 2022, remained undefeated throughout this year’s tournament.
Her victory over Samantha Teran in the final solidified her dominance in the age group.
She won in straight sets, 11-6, 11-4, 12-10
The former world number 19 player has now won multiple World Masters titles, showcasing her enduring talent and competitive spirit.
