Vicki Boodram, Head Coach of the Trinidad and Tobago Junior boxing team, has lauded Guyana for the leading the development process for Caribbean boxing by continuously providing a platform for young talents to showcase their skills.
Boodram led a contingent to Guyana earlier this month for the seventh annual Winfield Brathwaite Caribbean School Boys and Girls Championship at the National Gymnasium, Mandela Avenue.
And though the overall title continues to evade Boodram and her team, the coach has seen significant growth in the fistic sport in the twin-island republic.
