Police in Regional Division #10 have seized and destroyed an estimated $41 million worth of marijuana following a major raid at Friendship Savannah.

The operation, which unfolded between 10:00 hrs and 19:10 hrs on Monday, led to the discovery and dismantling of three marijuana camps, a drying area, and several cannabis farms.

During the raid, authorities uncovered three distinct marijuana cultivation sites. The first camp revealed a one-acre farm with approximately 200 cannabis plants, each about three feet tall.

The second camp housed a two-acre farm with around 400 plants, ranging from six to eight inches in height.

The third camp contained a drying area with about 100 pounds of processed cannabis and another two-acre farm with 400 plants, varying from one to six inches in height.

Additionally, nine live 12-gauge cartridges were found at the third site. The police operation culminated in the complete destruction of the cannabis plants and the camps, effectively dismantling a significant portion of the local drug network.
