Guyanese physiotherapist Neil Barry Jr., who is part of the Barbados Royals management team for CPL 2024, is spearheading the summit through InSync Therapeutics.

We are honoured to feature Scot McAllister as our lead speaker. Scot is formerly the Lead Physiotherapist for Manchester City’s Loan and Emerging Talent Team.
Since joining Manchester City in 2014, he has made significant contributions, serving as Head of Physiotherapy (Academy) and supporting both the Women’s Development Programme and the first team.
With over 13 years of experience in First-Class County Cricket and a tenure with the Scottish Rugby Union, Scot brings a wealth of knowledge in sports physiotherapy.
Joining Scot will be Grant Downie, OBE, who played a key role in building the Manchester City Academy structure and who now consults for elite sport and industry including the English FA, and Premier League, who will share his insights on optimizing athlete performance.
Additionally, we are pleased to welcome Martin Gallyer, an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience working with high-performance athletes, and Dr. Rene Best, Chief Medical Officer at CPL and a Family Physician on the CWI medical panel.
Joining online will be John Gloster, recognised by the International Olympic Committee for his transformative work in India, and formerly the head physiotherapist of the Indian national cricket team with the likes of Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul David.
