The Guyana Rugby Football Union Sevens tournament will take place this weekend at the National Park.
It focuses on mentally and physically preparing teams for the upcoming Rugby Americas North (RAN) Sevens Championships.
With cash and prizes at stake, this final tournament of the season will determine the top team in Guyana, as the Police Falcons and Panthers each have won three tournaments this year.
Moreover, the tournament serves as crucial preparation for the seven-time RAN Sevens Champions ahead of the Senior Men’s and Women’s Sevens Rugby Tournament hosted by the Trinidad and Tobago Rugby Union on November 23rd-24th, 2024, at Larry Gomes Stadium in Arima.
