Gold miner remanded on attempted murder charge

Remanded: Trevin John

A 37-year-old gold miner, Trevin John, was charged with attempted murder and remanded to prison on Tuesday.

John of Baramita, North West District is accused of committing the offence on Joel Alanzo.

He appeared Tuesday morning before Magistrate Faith McGusty, via Zoom, to answer the charge.

The accused was not required to plea and he was remanded to prison. The next court date is February 5th, 2025.
