Farm Supplies Ltd. backs Bartica Easter Regatta 2025

Farm Supplies Ltd. (FARMSUP) has announced its continued support for the Bartica Easter Regatta 2025, Guyana’s oldest regatta, reinforcing its commitment to community and sporting events.

The regatta, themed “Dat Is It,” will run from April 5th to April 21st, commencing with a launch at Mary’s Resort, Bamford Point.

FARMSUP’s sponsorship aims to enhance the experience for athletes and fans attending the multi-event festival.

FARMSUP’s Senior Sales Coordinator, Tracy Cox, presented the company’s contribution to Sheldon Kyte of the Bartica Regatta Committee.

Cox expressed FARMSUP’s delight in continuing its partnership with the event, which attracts thousands of local and diaspora visitors during the Easter holidays.

“FARMSUP is more than happy to maintain our support of this event, which is looked forward to by the many athletes for the different sport events and the fans alike. We understand it is not easy to pull off these mega-events, so we are contributing to ensure that it is successful again. We wish the organisers the best,” Cox stated.

On behalf of the Regatta Committee and the Bartica community, Sheldon Kyte expressed gratitude to Cox and FARMSUP for their ongoing support, emphasizing the committee’s dedication to delivering an unforgettable experience in 2025.

The regatta will feature a variety of sporting events, including:

• Dominoes: April 12th at the Bartica Community Centre
• Football: April 14th at the Bartica Community Centre
• Powerboat Races: April 20th-21st at Golden Beach
• Grass Track: April 20th at Mora Point
• Athletics and River Swim: April 20th
