Over 75 drivers are set to compete at the Guyana Motor Racing & Sports Club (GMRSC) 1320 Heat Drag Race this Sunday, June 1, at the South Dakota Circuit.

The one-day event will also serve as a qualifying round for the Caribbean Drag Racing Championship.

Competitors will battle in two key categories: Pro Street, for elapsed times between 10.000 and 10.999 seconds, and Pro Race, for times ranging from 9.000 to 9.999 seconds.

Race day begins at 08:30h with a free practice session, followed by dial-in preparations from 10:00h to midday.

Official elimination rounds are scheduled to start promptly at 12:00h, weather permitting.

Tickets will be available at the gate, priced at G$2,000 for adults and G$1,000 for children.

VIP seating is available for G$5,000 on a first-come, first-served basis.

The GMRSC advises early arrival due to anticipated demand.
