Non-Pariel Murder: Woman died from multiple stab wounds, other injuries – Autopsy 

A post-mortem examination conducted on the body of 48-year-old Jenny Mohamed found that the woman died from multiple stab wounds and other injuries.

The examination was conducted on Monday by government pathologist, Dr. Nehaul Singh.

The cause of death was given as haemorrhage and shock due to multiple incised wounds to the body, compounded by compression injuries to the neck.

The woman’s body was subsequently handed over to the relatives for cremation at a later date.

Police Headquarters revealed last week that Mohamed was stabbed and strangled by her daughter and son-in-law, then placed into a garbage bag and dumped in a trench.

The couple then proceeded to clean up the blood-stained crime scene.
