GOGEC congratulates PPP/C, President Ali on historic re-election

The Guyana Oil and Gas Energy Chamber (GOGEC) extends its heartfelt congratulations to the People’s Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C) and His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali on their victory in the General and Regional Elections held on September 1, 2025.

We applaud the people of Guyana for participating peacefully and upholding the democratic process. The re-election of President Dr. Irfaan Ali for a second term reaffirms the nation’s confidence in his leadership and the government’s vision for a prosperous and unified Guyana.

GOGEC looks forward to continuing our collaborative efforts with the government to advance the oil and gas sector, promote sustainable energy policies, and ensure that the benefits of the industry reach all Guyanese. Under Dr. Ali’s leadership, we are confident that Guyana will achieve even greater milestones in economic growth, social development, and energy innovation over the next five years.
