    Businessman Azruddin Mohamed has been charges with multiple traffic offences and was granted bail totalling $65,000.

    See below the full release from the Guyana Police Force: 

    Azruddin Mohamed, age 38 years of Lot 19, Public Road, Houston EBD, was charged on November 14, 2025, at Whim Magistrate Court for the offence Prohibited of tinted Glass/obscured ID mark / unlicensed motor vehicle and Uninsured motor vehicle.

    The matter was called on several dates, and a summons was ordered by Magistrate T. Hardy for the Accused to appear in court on January 9, 2026. On Friday, January 9, 2026, the Accused appeared, and the charge was read to him; he pleaded not guilty to all counts.

    Bail was granted for the following offences:

    1) Prohibited tinted Glass 5000
    2) obscured ID mark 40000
    3) Unlicensed motor vehicle 10000
    4) Uninsured motor vehicle 10000

    Total sum: $65,000

    The matter was postponed to January 30, 2026.
