Slingerz FC physio Jana Edghill attending development course in Barbados

As part of the continued professional development of its medical team, Slingerz Football Club’s physiotherapist Jana Edghill is currently attending the Barbados Sports Medicine Association’s four-day Team Physician Development Course.

This prestigious programme brings together physiotherapists and sports medicine professionals from across the Caribbean and beyond, and is being delivered by some of the region’s and the world’s leading sports medicine practitioners and doctors.

The course is designed to strengthen the knowledge and practical expertise required to care for athletes at the highest levels of sport.

“At Slingerz FC, we believe that Edghill’s participation will further enhance our capacity to not only care for our players but to ensure they receive treatment and support that meets international standards,” Slingerz FC said in a media release.
