Body found at Meten-Meer-Zorg construction site

The body of a man was discovered at a construction site in Meten-Meer-Zorg, West Coast Demerara, on Friday.

Police sources told the News Room that the incident stemmed from a dispute between two men at the location. The argument reportedly escalated into a scuffle, during which one of the men allegedly stabbed the other with a knife.

Subsequent investigations led to the discovery of the victim’s body at the site.

Investigators are currently processing the scene as investigations continue. The suspect has not yet been arrested.
