A towering figure in Guyanese cricket development, Daniels was particularly instrumental in nurturing the game within Essequibo.

The GCB noted that his sudden departure leaves an irreplaceable void, highlighting his decades of selfless service, leadership, and unyielding dedication to shaping the grassroots structure and advancing young talent across the country.
