Patient Feedback system introduced to improve efficiency of healthcare


As part of the Government of Guyana’s commitment to continuously improving the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of healthcare services, a simple and convenient Patient Feedback System has been introduced, allowing patients to share their experiences when visiting a healthcare facility.
How It Works?
Patients can easily scan a QR code which will be available at all Health facilities using their mobile devices to access a short feedback form or via https://cortex.health.gov.gy/feedback/facility/general
The process is designed to be quick as it can be completed in under one minute, anonymous or Visible to ensure confidentiality and honest responses, and also available anytime, from anywhere.
The initiative is aimed at identifying strengths and areas for improvement, enhancing service delivery and patient care standards, supporting data-driven decision-making across facilities and ensuring accountability and responsiveness within the health system.
