Five masked men invaded the Swan Village, Soesdyke/Linden Highway home of a family, held them at gunpoint, bound and gagged them with scotch tape and robbed them of a number of valuables in the wee hours of Friday, December 22, 2017.
News Room understands that 30-year-old Linda Sukhdeo, a businesswoman, was sleeping with her husband and two children when they were awoken by three masked men, one of whom was armed with a handgun at around 2:00hrs. Two of the five gunmen bound her husband’s and son’s hands, feet and mouth, while the others ransacked the home and relieved her of $247, 000 in cash, one black AU S5 cellphone and one pink Samsung J7.
According to information received, Sukhdeo operated a shop in her one-storey concrete structure home, which is secured by wooden and metal grill.
