Police are on the hunt for two men who allegedly shot three persons during a wedding house brawl on Saturday last.
The incident occurred at a wedding house at Hampshire Village, Corentyne on December 23, 2017.
According to a police release, the suspects are known as “Bara” and “Rambo”.
The duo was reportedly involved in an argument with other people when one of them drew a handgun and fired off shots.
The three persons who were shot are 28-year-old Samuel Samaroo, 21-year-old Terry Ramsammy and 24-year-old Nicholas Beharry.
Samaroo, a salesman, received a single gunshot wound to his right arm while Ramsammy, a labourer, was shot three times to his abdomen. Beharry, who is unemployed, received two gunshot wounds to his back.
Police say the men are listed as serious but in a stable condition at a public hospital.
Meanwhile, the suspects reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle shortly after the shooting.
