The Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha has announced a May 1 concert featuring popular Bollywood playback singer Atif Aslam and troupe.
The concert is billed for the Guyana National Stadium.
In addition to recent superhit song, Dil Diyan Gallan from the film Tiger Zinda Hai, Aslam has numerous hit songs including PehliNazar, Tu Jaane Na, Tere Sang Yaara, Piya O Re Piya and Main Rang Sharbaton ka.
In addition, his qawwalis and old songs tributes are much loved, the Sabha said.
This year marks the 180th anniversary of Indian Arrival to Guyana. All proceeds from the show will go towards the Dharmic Rama Krishna School Expansion project, in particular, the construction of its new buildings.
