The body of a 10-year-old boy who went missing on Monday has been found at the Buxton seashore, East Coast of Demerara (ECD) on Wednesday at 10:00hrs.
Timothy Yearwood of 65 Unity Mahaica, ECD was discovered missing on Monday when he reportedly went swimming with his cousin, 14-year-old Timothy Robinson.
Robinson’s body was recovered on Tuesday afternoon in the vicinity of the Hope Foreshore, ECD.
The family on Wednesday told News Room that the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of the two cousins are questionable since neither of the boys knew to how to swim and seldom visit the area.
An investigation is ongoing.
