A 27-year-old Police Constable appeared before the Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan Wednesday charged with sexually assaulting a woman.
Shane Tobin pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleged that during the month of February 2020, he touched a woman in a sexual way without her consent.
Tobin, who is accused of squeezing the woman’s breasts, was released on $50,000 bail and will return to court on February 28, 2020.
