Despite securing a victory in Region 10, the incumbent APNU+AFC has refused to sign the Certificates of District Tabulation for Region Ten.
The recount was certified Saturday and showed that the Coalition gained 19,169 as opposed to 19,185 in the first declaration – a decrease of 16 votes.
The recount showed that the Opposition People’s Progressive Patty gained 3,162 as opposed 3,164 in the first declaration – a decrease of two votes.
The recount has so far shown the PPP winning the most votes in Regions 1, 2, 3, 5 and 9 while the Coalition has so far won the most votes in Region 7, 8 and now 10.
The tabulation for Region Six is still ongoing while Region 4 is the only region being recounted.
The APNU+AFC has only signed the certification for Region 1.
