Your assention to the highest office of the land comes at a critical time and we encourage you to pursue Electoral and Constitution reform. You can count on our absolute support for your efforts. We look forward to working closely with you to further strengthen our friendship and to advance our common objective of building a modern and safe Guyana every Guyanese will be proud of.
