Police are on the hunt for two bandits who robbed the Wan Li Supermarket at Industry, East Coast Demerara Saturday afternoon.
Police Headquarters in a very brief statement noted that two men, who of whom was armed with a gun, entered the store at around 15:10h and relieved it of an undisclosed amount of cash.
The Police released video from the store’s security cameras in an effort to identify the suspects involved.
The video shows the armed man robbing the store while his accomplice waited on him outside on a motorcycle.
No one has been arrested and investigations are ongoing.
