Another person has died from COVID-19. The Ministry of Health recorded the latest facility Monday evening, a 57 -year-old woman from Region One who died at about 18:00h while receiving care at a medical facility.
The death toll now stands at 67. Earlier on Monday, the country recorded its 66th COVID-19 death; this patient was also from Region One, a 67-year-old man who also died while receiving treatment.
All Guyanese are reminded to observe the protocols of the COVID-19 EMERGENCY MEASURES (NO. 9) which are in effect until September 30, 2020.
