95 new COVID-19 cases from 263 tests

The Ministry of Public Health on Monday recorded 95 new COVID-19 cases after conducting 263 tests. Majority of the new cases –thirty-seven –were recorded in Region Four.

The Ministry also recorded two new deaths on Monday – a 55-year-old retired Nurse and a 38-year-old man – but these were not reported in the daily dashboard.

Twelve new cases were recorded in Region One, four in Region Two, six in Region Three, one in Region Six, 11 in Region Seven, three in Region Eight, seven in Region Nine and 14 in Region Ten.

There are now 137 persons in institutional isolation and 975 persons on home isolation.

There are 14 persons in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 46 persons in institutional quarantine.

So far, 1,694 persons have recovered.
