Hosts Guyana and T20 Blaze champions Jamaica will clash in semi-final two of the Cricket West Indies CG United Women’s Super50 Cup on Thursday at the National Stadium, Providence.

A victory for either team will guarantee a spot in Saturday’s final against defending champions Barbados at the same venue from 09:30h.

When these two teams clashed in the T20 Blaze competition, Jamaica emerged with a seven-wicket win, which would in effect make them favourities for this contest.

Guyana had made 90-6 in that game, and despite an early wobble, Jamaica rebounded to win in 17.5 overs.

Shemaine Campbelle and her Guyanese counterparts would look to exact revenge and they are bubbling with confidence following a commanding eight-wicket victory over Leeward Islands in their last game.

The game will get underway at 09:30h.

Meanwhile, Barbados coasted to the final, inflicting a nine-wicket thumping on Trinidad and Tobago on Wednesday.

Remaining Super50 schedule
