A 16-year-old boy who was in a car accident that killed a young Essequibo businessman only sustained minor injuries and has been released from the hospital.
Nickolas Lorenzo Hendricks was the businessman killed in the accident at Devonshire Castle Public Road, Essequibo Coast just after midnight Sunday.
Police say Hendricks, of Charity, Essequibo Coast, was driving motor car PFF 889 in a northern direction along Devonshire Castle Public Road at around 00:40 Monday when the accident occurred.
