Reports indicate that she sustained a fractured hand and is currently hospitalised.

Li’s sister, Meeksia Tyrell, told the News Room that his death is a “nightmare” for the family, noting that her sister-in-law (wife of Li’s twin brother) recently died in a drowning incident at Feather Beach.

“This is my brother twin, the guy that died is a twin, we can’t believe this. My mother can’t catch her length, we don’t know what’s happening in our family,” the distraught sister told the News Room.

Tyrell said the family received a call around 23:00 hrs about the accident.

“When we went, the vehicle was badly damaged and we had to rush him at the hospital.”

Li succumbed to his injuries at the Suddie Hospital. A Police investigation is ongoing.
