The Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) on Friday afternoon announced that due to “heavy and persistent rainfall”, it has been forced to postpone the Male Under-19 Inter-County Three-Day competition “until further notice.”
Second round matches were carded to start on Saturday, with Berbice playing Essequibo at Everest and Demerara facing the GCB Select XI at Enmore, from 10:00h each day.
In the opening round, Essequibo defeated the GCB Select XI by five wickets, while Berbice prevailed by nine wickets over Demerara.
