Dr. Ganesh Shiv Kumar was elected as Junior Vice President, Mrs. Imogen Ferdinand as Secretary, Gregory Sears as Treasurer, Banks DIH acting Manager Nandram Basdeo as Assistant Secretary/Treasurer and businessman Ashraf Ali Jahoor as PRO.

“This body is comprised of experienced and talented professionals who will work together to ensure that the Berbice Chamber of Commerce continues to serve as a valuable resource for our members and the broader business community.” The chamber said following the elections that were held at the recent annual general meeting (May 22 2023).

Expressing confidence in the newly formed executive, the executive said that they “have no doubt that this group will contribute innovative thinking and priceless expertise to our company, and we are looking forward to collaborating with them to realize our objectives.”
