To accommodate the growing number of passengers traveling to and from Guyana, the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) is undergoing significant upgrades aimed at enhancing the travel experience and boosting tourism.

One of the key improvements includes the installation of an in-line baggage system.

โ€œThis will streamline baggage handling and reduce wait times for travelers,โ€ CJIA said in a statement on Tuesday.
