Torginol Paints unveils finalists in “Name That Shade” contest

Torginol Paints has concluded its highly successful “Name That Shade” promotion, which coincides with this year’s CPL Cricket tournament.

After receiving almost two thousand submissions on its website for the chance to name its new CPL-inspired paint colour, the company selected a distinguished Top Five.

Four of the finalists—Vedwattie Doodnauth, Kevin Morgan, Alisha Baksh, and Aurielle Melville—were rewarded with coveted VIP tickets to Sunday’s match between the Guyana Amazon Warriors and the Trinbago Knight Riders, as well as exclusive Torginol Paints merchandise.

The grand prize winner, whose entry will officially name Torginol’s new CPL-inspired paint colour, will be announced on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at the Torginol Booth at the Guyana National Stadium.

The winner will receive two VIP tickets to the CPL Finals, along with exclusive Torginol Paints merchandise.

The winning paint colour name, set to be revealed during the prize-giving ceremony, promises to capture the spirit of both cricket and Guyana’s vibrant landscape. Stay tuned to find out which lucky participant will have their colour immortalised.
