With the GTT National Indoor Hockey Championship set to wrap-up on Sunday at the National Gymnasium, President of the Guyana Hockey Board Philip Fernandes, is labelling the tournament a success. In an exclusive interview with News Room Sports today, Fernandes said that he’s happy that the tournament provided a platform for the young players to showcase their talent and a chance to compete with the country’s more seasoned players.
