Leader of the Alliance For Change (AFC) and Natural Resources Minister, Raphael Trotman says that the political party is bogged down with governmental matters and may have lost touch with its supporters.

“We’ve become bogged down with Governmental matters and fighting to just get our agendas through, get our budgets through and may have lost touch with the common issues,” Mr Trotman stated.

Notwithstanding, the AFC Leader does not think he has too many responsibilities on his plate.

“Too much responsibility? I would say no,” Mr Trotman stated noting that he is very well capable of managing his duties as Minister and the Leader of a political party.

He noted too that he is satisfied with the AFC’s performance in the coalition Government, pointing out that the Ministers who come from the party have made significant progress under their sectors.

Mr Trotman also boasted about the AFC achievements on the political scene, noting that it has moved from zilch to now being apart of the Government. (Devina Samaroo)
