Two wanted for piracy/murder of Corentyne fishermen
The Police on Wednesday afternoon issued wanted bulletins for two Corentyne men in connection with the murder of four fishermen.
Earlier in the day, two men were charged with four counts of murder after confessing to killing the four fishermen at sea between October 5 and 13. The bodies of two of the fishermen – Lamar Petrie and Kawal Kissoon – have washed ashore. The families of the two others Vishnu Seeram and Marvin Tamesar continue their desperate search.
Wanted Bulletins have been issued for O’Brian Fraser and Anonth Boodrage.
Police said they are wanted by the police for questioning in relation to the Piracy/Murder committed on Petrie, Seeram, Kissoon and Tamesar.
Police said Obrian Fraser is 21 years old and is known as “Shines”. His address was given as 66 Eversham Village, Corentyne, Berbice.
In addition, Police said Boodrage is 21 years old and his address is Lot 97 Belvedere village, Corentyne.
