Saffee Ahmad, a businessman of Queens New York, and Roraima Scheme, Versailles, West Bank Demerara, was granted $600,000 bail after being charged with ‘Exporting Gold Without License’.
Ahmad appeared at the Diamond Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman. He pleaded not guilty to the crime.
The case was fixed for June 24, 2024 for statements.
