The Ministry of Health on Sunday reported that another elderly person died due to COVID-19 taking the death toll to 87.
The latest fatality is a 68-year-old male from Bartica, Region Seven. The patient died while receiving care at a medical facility at about 19:30h on October 03, 2020. This is the fifth COVID-19 death recorded since the month started.
The 86th COVID-19 death was recorded on Saturday. The patient was a 74-year-old woman from Region Four who died while receiving medical care.
