A 36-year-old man of ‘A’ Field, Sophia, Georgetown is wanted by Police for questioning in relation to the rape of a child under 16.
Police issued a wanted bulletin for Rondell Chappel also known as David Rondell Chappel and called “Devil” on Thursday.
If seen or anyone who has information about the whereabouts of the Chappell, please contact the police on 225 – 9640, 226 – 7476, 225 – 2317 or the nearest police station.

It seems that rape of very young children is on the increase. Why don’t these perpetrators let these children be. Allow them to flourish like it was ordained. Such action would leave an indelible mark on the victim as well as a psychological effect. I trust that the perpetrator would be apprehended and that justice would prevent.
