Guyana on Wednesday recorded two more COVID-19 deaths, less than 24-hours after two others died taking the death toll to 82.
The latest fatalities are a 61 -year-old female from Region 4 who died while receiving care at a medical facility and a 60 -year-old man from Region 3.
September has been recorded the deadliest month for COVID-19 in Guyana with 41 deaths for the month so far.
On Tuesday, a 77 -year-old male and a 67 year- old woman – both from Region 4 died from the virus.
